Salesforce creates value when the customer record supports what people need to do next. Emerge designs sales, service, marketing and partner workflows around the handovers that currently lose context or create manual work. We connect the CRM to operational systems, establish reliable ownership of customer and commercial data, and introduce automation where its decisions can be understood and verified.
Our delivery coverage includes Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud, MuleSoft integration, commerce connections and customer-data foundations. We also design Agentforce use cases around approved knowledge and bounded actions. Salesforce now names its customer-data platform Data 360, formerly Data Cloud; existing implementation names may still appear in an estate. We assess actual products and entitlements before proposing a connected architecture.
Choose the right starting point
Product expertise, in detail.
Sales and revenue workflows
Lead qualification, opportunity stages, quoting dependencies and a sales-to-operations handover grounded in the commercial process.
Service and Experience Cloud
Case management, knowledge, customer or partner access and request journeys with deliberate record permissions.
Marketing Cloud
Contact and subscription architecture, customer journeys and operational feedback across the subscribed marketing products.
Data 360 and analytics
Source mapping, identity design and governed metrics that connect customer context to business decisions.
MuleSoft and enterprise integration
API contracts connecting ERP, commerce and service systems, including replay, reconciliation and support ownership.
Agentforce
Task-specific agents with approved knowledge, controlled actions and a tested route to human assistance.
The starting point
What needs to change.
Sales teams cannot trust pipeline reporting when opportunity stages represent individual habits instead of shared exit criteria. We define the evidence required to move a deal, which team owns the next action and how quote or order changes return to the opportunity.
Service staff often see the customer record but still switch systems to resolve a case. We connect permitted order, asset, entitlement or appointment context to the service workflow and make escalation ownership explicit when the requested action is outside the agent’s authority.
Marketing and sales can disagree about identity and lifecycle stage even while using the same brand ecosystem. Duplicate contacts, incompatible consent fields and delayed stage updates must be resolved before an automated nurture programme becomes a reliable revenue process.
What we deliver
From opportunity to working systems.
CRM transformation
We turn the actual selling and servicing process into records, fields, stages and permissions. Configuration decisions are demonstrated with representative users and cases, including exceptions, so the solution fits the organisation without encoding every legacy workaround.
Connected enterprise workflows
We define which system owns accounts, products, price, orders and service state, then build the required interfaces. Middleware, platform events and direct APIs are assessed against latency, volume and recovery needs rather than chosen by habit.
Managed Salesforce improvement
We maintain a prioritised backlog across adoption, data quality, automation and integrations. Each change has a testable business purpose, a release path and a named owner who can verify the resulting behaviour after deployment.

Implementation design
How the pieces work together.
Customer identity with clear authority
A source-to-record map distinguishes a person, company, household, subscription and service location where the industry requires it. Matching rules and duplicate handling are tested against ambiguous examples. Consent and ownership do not automatically follow a merged record without an explicit policy.
Reliable actions across system boundaries
A CRM request can initiate an enterprise action without pretending the request is already complete. We persist a correlation identifier, track accepted and failed statuses and expose exceptions to the responsible team. Repeated events must not create duplicate orders or customer notifications.
Decisions to make early
Entitlements and product evolution
Salesforce editions, add-ons, consumption models and API limits affect the solution. CPQ, newer revenue offerings and industry products require a specific assessment of the installed estate; a Salesforce logo alone does not establish entitlement to every feature.
AI depends on CRM discipline
An agent should not compensate for inaccessible knowledge or unclear record ownership by guessing. We address source quality and permission boundaries before expanding autonomy, and preserve the ability to route a request to a person.
Our approach
A clear path into delivery.
Start with the business problem. Make each stage useful, reviewable and owned.
- 01
Discovery examines installed packages, automations, record types, integration users and business handovers. The output is a process map, object model, permission matrix and delivery backlog tied to identifiable operating problems. Existing customisation is classified for retention, remediation or retirement.
- 02
Implementation proves a complete workflow in a suitable test environment. Sales acceptance includes stage and ownership behaviour; service acceptance includes assignment, escalation and knowledge visibility; integration acceptance includes timeouts, duplicates and reconciliation. Test records and synthetic customer data are used before live processing is authorised.
- 03
Release combines configuration or code promotion with data migration checks, user enablement and integration monitoring. We hand over deployment records, permission decisions, exception queues and a support playbook, then review whether users can complete the intended task with fewer disconnected steps.

Practical questions
Before we begin.
Can Salesforce work with our existing ERP and cloud?
Yes, where supported interfaces and access are available. We design around the system of record, required response time and recovery model. Salesforce can remain the customer-facing workflow while financial or fulfilment records stay in the existing ERP.
Do we need to replace our current implementation?
A review determines whether the main constraint is configuration, data, integration or adoption. Targeted remediation is often a viable first increment. Replacement decisions require evidence about maintainability, migration cost and operational disruption.
