Commerce infrastructure
Berth
Design partner programme
A direct-settlement checkout being developed with design partners, built on payment infrastructure already exercised through Emerge’s Agent Commerce APIs.
The starting point
What needs to change.
Sellers need payment options that fit their buyers, operating markets and settlement requirements.
A new payment journey needs clear receipts, refund handling and accounting records before real customer volume moves through it.
What we deliver
From opportunity to working systems.
Build the merchant experience together
The Berth checkout, merchant dashboard and onboarding are in development. Design partners help shape the workflow around an initial, bounded use case.
Direct settlement
The proposed checkout sends the buyer’s payment to the seller’s own wallet. Country support, screening, refund handling and operating procedures are confirmed before activation.
Evidence before expansion
The underlying Agent Commerce service has published on-chain settlement receipts. Those receipts evidence the API infrastructure; they are not a claim that Berth merchant checkout is generally available.
