Terms and Conditions for Recurring Payment Plans

1. Term and Termination

1.1 Agreement Term: Our services operate on a minimum 90 day service period followed by a month-to-month basis from the commencement date and will continue until terminated.

1.2 Termination by Either Party: You may terminate your service at any time by providing us with at least 30 days written notice. We also reserve the right to terminate our service to you with 30 days written notice.

1.3 Termination for Breach: Either party may terminate the agreement immediately if the other party:

      • Is in breach of any term of the agreement and fails to remedy the breach within 14 days of notification.

      • Becomes subject to insolvency or ceases conducting business in the normal manner.

    2. Cancellation

    2.1 Cancellation by Client: If you terminate the service:

        • For a breach by us, all outstanding fees for services provided up to the date of breach must be paid within 14 days.

        • For any other reason, a termination fee will apply. This fee consists of the remaining minimum term unpaid monthly fees calculated on a pro-rata basis. 

      2.2 Cancellation by Service Provider: If we terminate the service:

          • For convenience during the term, you agree to pay the remaining and unpaid monthly fees within the minimum term, calculated on a pro-rata basis.

          • For breach by you, you agree to pay any unpaid fees for the period up until the termination date.

          • For any other reason, you agree to pay any unpaid fees owing.

        3. Notice Period

        A minimum of thirty (30) days written notice is required for termination by either party.

        4. Payment Terms

        Fees will be collected monthly in advance via direct debit or credit card for the duration of the service or until termination notice is given.

        5. Additional Terms

        By continuing to use our services, you agree to the terms outlined in this cancellation policy. These terms apply to all our recurring services, including SEO, PPC, and other month-on-month deliverables.
